Thank you both so much for everything you have done for my wife and I.  On January 15th of 2009 we seamlessly closed and purchased our first home with Monica. We first met Monica when we were searching the short sale/foreclosure market in Murrieta. I have been working in new home construction for years now and felt at that time I would never want to use a Realtor. When we met Monica something was different. She was not selling us a dream but rather a reality. The conversation was about what was best for us and that carried through in our efforts for the next 6 months. Yes we took 6 months to find our home, countless hours and weekends of picking homes apart and Monica there by our side the whole way. In the end we (Monica, my wife and I) found the perfect home. I can tell you first hand that every home I buy in the future and every home a friend of mine buys will be through Monica. Working in construction for a national home builder I have high expectations on quality and even higher expectations on price. If you want the best service and a real person who has your best interests in their heart, I highly recommend Monica and team. Her knowledge of the market and her integrity are untouchable in an industry that is constantly portrayed to the opposite.
