I met Monica while she was setting up for an open house.  We briefly discussed my real estate investment objectives and she promised to forward few leads.  A few months later, I visited her Web site and thru it we found the property we were looking for.  Monica was very responsive to our questions and requests.  Most importantly, her responsiveness did not end at close of escrow.
