John and I can’t thank you enough for the awesome job that you’ve done selling our past home and finding us our present home.  In the past thirty years, we have had numerous realtors help us buy and sell homes.  They were always fine (so we thought).  After working with you, we now realize they were mediocre at best.  You helped us sell our home in record time and at an unbelievable price in this difficult market.  You went above and beyond, getting us the best price possible on our new home.  During our escrow, you were always available and every time we had a concern or question, you were one step ahead us and already had the answer.  Monica, you never left anything to chance, always following up to make sure that all the banks, realtors and  people involved were on the same page, so that the escrows would close in a timely, consecutive manner.  You had good advice for us when needed, even helping me make decorating decisions for the new place, using your background in staging and saving me a lot of stress in the process.  I’m aware that some looking for a realtor, may be impossible to please, but after this experience John and I would highly recommend you to any of our friends and acquaintances and would not fail to take advantage of your services in the future.
