We started our house hunt with VERY specific requirements. Five bedrooms in either Murrieta or Temecula (area schools are what prompted our move from Los Angeles), under 10 years old, located on a cul-de-sac, low property taxes, and no/low HOA – oh yeah, and it had to have a pool.  Monica made herself available every weekend to accommodate our long distance house hunting, and despite low inventories and a sea of short sales, she was able to find us a place that met our criteria exactly.  The process from the start of our search to the day we moved in to our new home was less than 60 days.  We have been in our home about seven months now and love it more each day.  Monica is a great realtor who truly understands her clients needs, she was also instrumental in driving the finance process.  Monica is definitely doing something right in this real estate challenged day and age.
