Moving across the U.S. while your house is on the market is quite scary–especially during this slower time.  My mother was very nervous and thought about her house constantly.  Finding a Realtor in Murrieta was a daunting task.  After we hired Monica and Alycia mom was much less worried; it was no longer an obsession. Monica kept in touch with us often through e-mails and mom quit fretting. When problems did crop up, Monica took care of them for us long distance.  We never had to fly back to California for any problems or for any paperwork either.  Great job girls! Keep up the good work!
